No matter how I try to calm my mind, it'll be a night of little sleep, I imagine.
Had a talk (through the I.U. Health portal) with my doctor today. To the tube I go !
After minimal activity at the cabin, my back / sciatica problem has intensified, and the steroids haven't been effective.

An MRI will undoubtedly lead to something .... and i suspect what that something will be.
I hope that I'll be recovered by the SGE. You guys (and gals !) keep your fingers crossed, please.

Sorry man. I hope things get better or you get answers. I dont know exactly what you go through at all but having spinal, nerve and other injuries of my own I've had some of the same type of things done and no answers and things fail or make it worse and start over, just let down after let down. Knowing you'll never really improve, but what you're going for is a quality of life, some normalcy or less pain and some greater range of motion and usage of arms and legs and fingers more than you have now possibly but they dont really know ****. They seem to be guessing as much as I do on it lol. Frustrating. I hope you get some good results brother. Hell even if they can just help you sleep. I have that issue too. Cant sleep sometimes at night, I wanna stay up at night for some reason, other times I can fall asleep anywhere anytime.
My clock is whack. They told me years ago I'd be in a wheelchair and I'm not in one yet so ****em lol. Keep on trucking

Good Morning, My People.!!

My inner clock is like on point - in the rack @ 8:00pm and up with the wife for her work @ 4:30am.

At least I'm getting 8 hours.

Now, extrapolate that same "timing" when I make my run to Sidney, NE twice a month.

Hit the rack @ 9:30 local (*really 11:30 EST*) and getting up to get my surgeon Son-in-Law to the hospital by 6:30am local

I'm beat up before I know a punch was thrown... B^)

Welp, my body is catching up in these days, 'cept for my wife's crazy work sched.

Enough of my ramblin' -- I assume the Red Sox took game #2 also..?

Don't have a dog in the fight, but am rooting for the Sox.

I might be selling my Phantom -- maybe some other iron too - not sure yet.

It's either that or a full on CGW treatment via the Wiz-Kid this springtime.

I need to make a short range trip and sight in a Primary Arms 5X Prism scope I put on my 16" BCM rifle and check my zero on the 509T since I removed the RMR to swap the sights the other night. I'm thinking Saturday afternoon for this. Other than that, no real plans, probably buy some Halloween candy I suppose.
