Boy. Nap time has been when I could get one these last two days. 8 Hours waiting on the PA turnpike yesterday for a 2 truck accident and fire to clear. Delivery in the middle of the night.(Driver unload) reload at 0400 with an hours sleep. Layed down at 0600. Slept til noon thirty. Gotta wait another hour and a half to drive. Screwed up night.

Ugh.

I skipped the mil surp store. Since I got the M1 Carbine back out, I feel the need for some mil surp bolts again but they ain’t cheap anymore.

The days of cheap mil-surp are behind us. I would have loved to have been around and into guns when you could pick up an M1 Carbine and case of ammo for less than $200.

Sweet! He sure didn’t waste any time working on that. I will look forward to your opinion of how it shoots.

It has a light trigger but it’s just not a wizard tuned single action trigger. It needs just a touch of pre-travel and a little more predictability.

Predictability. Hmm. I know this word. One could say some of our habits within this group are...predictable. Yup, that's it. See I knew it.

Took 3 to the range today, the P30sk, LB 9mm and Kimber 10mm.
Put about 150 rounds each through them. No issues with the H&K or the LB. The LB would be about 300 rounds now and no failures.
The Kimber had a couple FT feed, but it is getting pretty dirty right now. I should be around 500 rounds now so I may clean it now.

Stressful day in school. Took the night off from work. I got home and thw wife suggested i go to the range to blow off steam... Taking my omega out for a spin. I usually keep all my guns stock. Im thinking the cz would be a great firat gun to customize. What would everyone recomend to do first? Cajunize it? I've also been looking for comps" since a suppressor is not in the questions immediately, and if i move to il, I don't know how to navigate ths legalities of thw nfa. Thoughts?

Putting my past experience with Kimber behind me, that Kimber eclipse custom I in 10 mm has got my eye. The few that I have found in the gun stores have seemed really well fit.

Doubt I will buy one though as, for better or worse, that CM guy has me thinking another direction… He has been a bad influence lately.
