Had a smashing day. Stayed home after the morning running and bounced from project with Pickle Lady to games with turkeys. This one from Fantasy Flight Games, Discover: Lands Unknown, is much like Catan at it's core. Now a Crown and Coke to celebrate me getting my collective arse handed to me by amateurs.

Evening everyone. I’m finishing off my last G&T for the evening. The dining room floor is done and trimmed out now. Alene has been taken too.

I just did a good inspection of the new P229 and like what I’m seeing. It’s a P229 factory CPO in .357 Sig. I don’t think it’s been shot a lot after the CPO visit and 2 of the mags don’t look like they’ve been in the gun. It looks like a good addition to the family.

It’s now lubed and ready for the range. I need to find some good grips for it and order some go fast bits next.
