Expensive way to get hurt. The back wheel and tire on one of those bikes just comes apart on impact.

Yeah, way to many Walmart bikes me thinks.
If I want the same overall effect just do a Sailer dive off the carport and not waste all the energy and time....

Just finished 45 minutes on the elliptical. Of course, after 15 minutes I had to slow down and after 10 more minutes I had to slow down again. I think the last 15 or 20 minutes were basically at a walk.

Always told my patients speed doesn’t matter. Just need to start moving and keep moving.

That's why I stuck it out. This was the first time working out since I got the Rona. I figure it'll take me a couple of weeks to work my way up to doing normal workouts.

We ran out of Montauk Point, NY so that was a bit far south but the same neighborhood as Block Canyon!
