6.5 hours of deep sleep, up @ 3am like a shot.
My vision is still light sensitive, especially early morning. Doing very well, day 6 today. No sore throat ever, no headache, no fever, just eyesight compromised a bit light sensitivity etc. Still doing 1 mile a day in mill for air intake and 30 minutes dry sauna. Loads of pills and vitamins, some still prescription. All is well, it seems

CM, I don’t know if I could do without coffee. That part would be a struggle for me as coffee is a big part of my daily existence. 3 cups to start the day, then probably another 4 or more throughout the day with a couple cups of decaf in the evening.

Your body will adjust without caffeine, but first you do go through withdrawal.

This happens to me every time I take the Scouts to Philmont to hike in the mountains for 12 days. I've learned that Excedrin migraine pills help with the withdrawal as they contain caffeine. By the end of the trip, I'm not taking any pills and don't have any pounding headaches from lack of caffeine.

Then I get home and start drinking coffee in the morning to build back my caffeine addiction.

It's a vicious cycle.

I have some of those Century revolvers' that shoot 45-70. Some member of our group have shot them.

It is based on the start of the Behavioral Science Unit of the FBI. It is 2 seasons long and IMO the 2nd season is better than the first, with exception of a few episodes in S1.

It is on Netflix. 2 seasons, 19 episodes.

The dramatization of their interviews with convicted serial killers are the best part of the series.

Not scary, but creepy would apply.

Is this series based on the movie? Christian Slater and LL cool J if I recall.
