The ice-water foot baths were brutal, but kept my inflammation down. Truthfully my run through the local ortho was the ticket. @wingrider1800 & @mcapo these really helped...

    Plantar Stretch

Start on a small step with the ball of your (R/L) foot on the edge of the step. Let your heel drop off the back of the step. You should feel a stretch in the bottom of your foot and maybe into your Achilles tendon.

    Sitting Towel Stretch

Sit with your R/L leg flat on the table. Place a towel or rolled up bed sheet around the ball of your foot. While holding on to the towel pull toward your body.

I have been doing the exercises. It has been going on since November and is actually feeling better last few days. The last few weekends I've spent mostly on my arsh and the wife has been rubbing my foot with lavender the last couple days and I can feel a noticeable improvement.

Photo of the day .... maybe week (it's already late in the week).
I've embarked on a path to collect Milsurp helmets, and bayonets.
It'll be a slow roll, and a fun progression of my collections, which will interface nicely with photography. These are the real items, not reproductions.

First presentation: a French gendarme helmet in NATO blue. It pairs nicely with an Austrian M57 bayonet !

I have two more pairs to present in the near-future. One is patriotic. Another is very exciting, and will speak CZ ... because that's where it's from ! :alright:

It'll be hard to compete with Leadeye, but thanks ! I figure these type of items won't cost nearly as much as Milsurp firearms, and won't have to be stored in a safe.
    They smell a bit musty ... RR would like them ... he's a sniffer ! ;)
