CM's in his happy place...
I didn't get any work done on my workshop today. I did buy the oak trim for the work bench though, so it was not a total loss for the day. I also picked up a new box of biscuits for the biscuit joiner for when I join the counter tops together. Fun stuff.
Here's an interesting gun for anyone that wants in on the .40 frustration: http://www.gunbroker.com/item/621639431
A full size 75B in .40 with 4 mags with a buy it now price of $395 is not a bad deal at all. That's almost down in surplus money territory.
Spent about an hour at the bench with the tribute today. Measuring everything. All the parts will require some serious fitment.........
I think I'll owe you more than a Cheeseburger.....
I will accept your friends ship and not because it will be owed.
I really enjoy builds like this and doing it on "Your" nickel is a sweet deal.
Good morning sir.Morning all...
Good morning sir.
Wow 88, you are going straight up old yankee work shop.....
Morning CM! Anything special planned for the day?
Good morning all. Saturday looks like a great day to burn up some ammo. Henrietta needs to shoot her a Ruger 9 mm 1911 and her shiny 75B.
Good Morning Tom, Pack, T-D!
How's everyone doing today? I'm in that window where you have ordered needed parts before you can run a gun, but have not gotten a shipping confirmation yet. That's always a frustrating time for me. I'm impatient but it's always tough thinking I know how to fix something, but having to wait on the shipping company before testing my theory out.
I am hoping to shoot the P09 tomorrow after training. It should be a good day, setting off explosives before noon and shooting guns after noon.
