I experienced another unfortunate turn of events yesterday. So, I will undoubtedly be selling another one in the very near future. I just can't decide what that will be as I am getting down to the never sell, never trade items. :dunno:

Does anyone have a particular model they are lusting after? I can't say I will be able to part with a specific one but I will at least consider it.
Is there one that is more easily replaced than the others? Maybe take the cajun stuff out and make it stock, and then get another one later?

I have one duplicate. But, I just got it back a couple weeks ago and I am not enthused about parting with it again. It's getting down to brass tacks.

Sorry to hear about that BA. I'll ask around to see if any friends are looking for a great pistol. Snap's idea of maybe de-Cajunization of one might make parting with it a bit easier. It would still be a Wizard polished gun, which will help in resale I think.

I know how that feels CM. I had to scrape funds up from 4 different places to be able to grab BA's P07. The gun fund is drawing a vacuum right now.

And the spouse still is not aware the 64 is mine. Not sure how I will deal with that but I will have to pretty soon........
Did not take funds from the family for it as I used what I had stashed from selling off the race car and recently the engine/trans.
She has never hit me but not so sure about this one.....:)

Take a page out of my dads playbook. When he bought his '59 beetle in '06 he never said a word to my mom, he bought a "it's a boy" card and put a picture of the car in it and handed it to her.

I find that I can get away with blowing money on guns a lot easier when I respond to my wife's question of 'What do you think of this pair of shoes that's on sale' with 'Nice, why don't you buy them before the sale ends'. The downside is that she is turning one of our spare bedrooms into a shoe closet. Oh, and an interesting factoid regarding my wife is that her godmother was Imelda Marcus's sister. I guess she comes by it naturally.
