This is and has been a point of contention with me.
Put the rules up as they are written and follow them. No more "Rule" of the day.

I love the facility. So great to have a range close to home. The safety issue's they have are obvious with humanity encroaching.

Write a set of rules. Adhere to them and lets enjoy the place.

I have to say I agree. A lot of places make changes once a twice a year only. Other changes are only made when there is a pressing need. For instance, due to the firing line being reconfigured, that might spur the need for a rule change or two. Otherwise, leave them alone and just follow them

Lots of truth to this. I've got a 22 only range set up out back and it's nice. Could shoot larger calibers, but don't to respect the neighbors....
