Checking in late in a pretty busy day here.

It's funny how people that probably are very similar in views can be at opposite ends of the .40 issue. Personally, I like the round. It kind of sits between the 9mm and .45 as a gun that gives almost the capacity of the 9mm while providing almost the damage capacity of the .45. I can understand the other views though and if given a choice, will opt for a .45 over anything else. If you look at some of the better 9mm +P rounds, they do approach a .40 in capacity to damage, but come up short still.

But, to each, their own. Like I said, I'm guessing that we are all pretty similar in views and it's always interesting to see how people see the same thing from different perspectives.
