Gun store fondled a DWX and a DWX Compact early this afternoon.

All I can say is that it is a good thing my wife takes away my CCs when she leaves town.

Actually, I can say more…both guns are definitely the fitment you’d expect from DW. Triggers are excellent.

The DWX is very reminiscent of a Shadow 2 in hand.

The compact model is just WOW! Very comfortably, very balanced and a trigger that might be better than the full size.

I would tell you more but the counter said that it was closing time and I had to leave…

What is this...amateur hour?

The morning before she leaves you call the CC company, report your card stolen, tell them it's your primary card and they will overnight a replacement card.

Or use the cash in your pocket.

You should know these things at your age. :stickpoke:

She won’t be back until Sunday. Hmm…

$1899 was a bit steep of a hill to overcome. Heck, I know a Staccato I could get for less. :-)

Hey, 88E30M50 , I found a picture of my one and only Fiat. Must have been about 1988 as I see my styling NY front plate on it.

Actually, a fun little car. Wouldn’t mind another one.

The wife had one just like that when we got married. Fun car to drive around San Diego. It was a bring back from Europe by a Naval officer. Spent a good amount of time in the shop. We sold it a guy who shipped it back to Italy.

I don’t think durability and reliability were attributes. ;-)

Did they also have to wipe the drool off them?

Woke up at 0400 yesterday 0230 today.
Can't get back to sleep. Think I'll drink some Blueberry tea and watch the Duke.

I've had a couple of those over the years and still have an early one. They are inexpensive, fun, and parts are cheap. They have been more reliable for me than my BMWs.

You need to go buy one
