Well ladies, and gentlemen I'm awake again.
I wake up, and have been having problems falling asleep for hours.
However, once I do get back to sleep my internal alarm goes off around 0500-0530 daily.
What do you all do to help get back to sleep?

You were using your new 'film' camera ?!? Did you scan the negatives, or the prints ?
The photos came out great, and it's fun to go old school !
Yup, this is with the Canon F-1. Those are the low res scans. Going forward, I need to order the high-res scans until I can pick up a nice film scanner.

A challenge I have as well, waking up early and having a difficult time getting back to sleep. When I was married an "intimate moment" would help me get back to sleep, but since I've been divorced that's not an option. I usually toss and turn and hour or two and if I'm lucky, can fall back to sleep. Today was one of the days when it didn't work, so I'm up after only 6 hours of sleep. Good luck with your sleep needs.

If I tried an 'intimate moment' with my sleeping spouse to get myself back to sleep, I'd not have come away with anything remotely pleasant or relaxing.

My rule of thumb is attempt resleep for about an hour. If that fails, I get up and find something to do until I get tired again, usually takes about 2 hours. Sometimes that isn't possible if I get close to starting my workday.
