I have a delima. Mittal Steel has offered me a job as manager of their BOF operations. It's a ton of $, but I'll be back at shift work and working 12 hours again. I would love to up our income... But I really enjoy working for the Indians. I need to make a decision soon.

Very true. They offered me this job a year ago. I turned it down. This time they are offering me 15% more on the salary. I could buy a lot of CZs with that!!

I'd be salary, management. Act can tell ya, your at the mercy of the mill. I might look into it a little more. I'm sure my 30 years as a union official is drawing them to me. I know steel language and how unions work.
