I imagine there are lots of "GET OFF MY LAWN"s going on tonight...

I put this poster on my front door, it's the size of the door.

Must be. Not much happening here today. Maybe everyone's out raking leaves or buying candy. I did put my cut down set of Hogue's back on my Compact CZ 75 today. I've been practicing point shooting and the more comtact I have with the gun, the more consistent I am. Anyone else practice point shooting?

    Been outside all day.
Camaro left on a flat bed.
    Putting the garden to bed.

    Got my box-a-goodies from brownells.

I practice dry firing, but not as much as I used to.
It helps a lot with trigger control which results in greatly increased accuracy.
grip, aim at something, and pull the trigger without the gun flinching a micron

I use a bore laser when I dry fire. It is the no lie tell all.
I need to do some practice.

I fully realize I have some short comings these days.
If I am clear headed and focused targets suffer greatly.
If not, they still suffer just not where I intended.

Last range session was pitiful for me.....my own fault.

Your worst day would still be a very bad day for almost anyone who opposed you.

It tells me I can shoot the center out of the bullseye without much effort. It must be some kind of trick.

If you do not have the absolute latest cell phone you are not in tune with the times.....:)

Us old timers shoot what is comfortable. What works. My stance is a self defense thing as well as a sturdy shooting platform. I can not find a happy spot doing the new stuff......Square peg in a round peg world.
