I don't listen or watch CNN or any other cable news for that matter. I'm more than willing to wait to see how Mueller's inquiries go. And, as long as Trump doesn't do anything to jeopardize our national security, I don't think he can harm us all that much. One of the great things about him is that he proves we don't really need much more than a warm body in the Oval office most of the time.

    Heck, Lewinsky proved that. :)

Nothing here I could disagree with.

I hear ya, but it's way too early. He's keeping the boiler lit, but he's not attempting to get underway.
I have to wonder what it would be like to witness the response to Goofy Joe’s order:

I don't know if it's due to the decade, or cause I was on a sub, but we called it the maneuvering watch.
Any time the sub was in a traffic lane.
Not necessary for being on the surface in the big blue, then we just had to add lookouts.

I've stood maneuvering watch as line handler on line 6, aux mach room 2 upper lever (AMR2UL), and reactor operator (RO).
Line 6 was always manned by nukes, since it was the aft most line, over engineering.

Roy Moore just might be a pedo.
"I really don't see the relevance of it. He was 32. She was supposedly 14. She's not saying that anything happened other than they kissed."
...says David Hall (Marion Co. Alabama GOP Chair)

Pedophile, Democrat, or write in? How would INGO choose, if this story becomes more believable than not (and right now, IMO, it's VERY believable).

No. It shouldn't be necessary to repeat all the stuff about Trump in every argument. Your side overlooks it.

For decades I've seen many politicians embroiled in scandal while in elected office. Equally salacious for both Republicans and Democrats. With a few notable exceptions, the "script" for what follows largely depends upon whether there was an R or a D beside the name. Republicans mostly either resigned in disgrace or resigned to avoid the scandal "detracting from the people's business" while they vowed to "clear their name". Democrats stayed in office and crooned that it was up to the voters to decide in a future election, and meanwhile they stayed in power and made votes to move the Democrat agenda along. Alinsky rules dictate you never just "give up" power.

So, as disappointing as this is all around, I would simply chalk it up to the end of the era of "unilateral disarmament" on the part of some Republicans... adopting the Democrat view that ends justify means even if it's a sleazoid in office.

The bar has been lowered, perhaps irrevocably. Increasingly, trying to "shame" a politician out of office, even if a Reuplican, results in "no cigar", pun intended.

Our side can't believe he hasn't been indicted yet.

Which is what makes your side scary... like Russian gulag and tinpot fascist third world dictator scary. Our legal system is based upon PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime leading to the investigation, not investigate the person you don't like looking for an excuse to charge a crime.

Please name the crime or crimes for which he should be indicted and the "smoking gun" (like a server illegally containing hundreds of classified emails) or even probable cause evidence for a crime committed by Trump?

You have to have considerable income and have a big, expensive house for state income tax and property tax deductions to exceed the standard deduction... doubly so since the Republican tax overhaul aims to double the standard deduction... in other words, they primarily benefit the well-to-do. So why is the mainstream media against putting the ax to these deductions? Oh, yeah, blue state tax welfare.

I've never been a Hillary fan, but what YOUR side did to discredit her on Benghazi is almost pornographic.

Removing the deduction for state income tax is one of my favorite things about it. America shouldn't have to help subsidize the cost of other states' socialism. If people don't like how much income tax they have to pay to their states, they should probably vote for different state legislators.

See? There you go. No facts. 2 or 3 congressional committees tried to staple that to her and they couldn't. You are wrong on facts and claims, amigo.

IMO, the Benghazi investigations skated over the most egregious of incompetent decisions... to severely reduce the security staffing for the ambassador. EVERYONE on the ground in Libya recommended increasing security staff not cutting it to infinitesimal levels, which came from Washington. Whether Hillary issued the order or not, it was her State Department and the buck stops with her.

IIRC, they reduced from ~30 (including Marines) to 3.

Very similar to the refusal to provide APCs in Mogadishu... "managing" political perceptions in Washington over-ruled realities on the ground. And people paid with their lives.
