Michelle Obama's opinion, considering her age, is hardly an outlier within the black community. Heck she falls right about in the middle.

That is my impression... that working hard in school to get good grades, a college degree and a high paying job is degraded as a "white thing" (I'll leave out the much harsher epithets) in the black community. Why? Don't they realize that this is self-sabotage of the very community they seek to uplift? Why do so few blacks seek and attain professional degrees (engineering, computer science, law, medicine)? IMO, it is not because they lack capable individuals, it's that their whole community is against them being individually successful "the white way".

Melania literally has done porn, has been accused of prostitution by news services, and quite realistically may have been an illegal immigrant. I find it fascinating that the people supporting the party of "family values" can call one First Lady a "b*tch," but can't bring it upon themselves to call the other a "whore."
So im going to step in and give a little parity, at the very least to illustrate the massive hypocrisy.

In 8 months, Trump is on the verge of ERASING every major achievement of the 8 year Obama administration... save one vote in the senate on healthcare and the stupid Iran deal (didn't we learn ANYTHING from Clinton's deal with the N Koreans? Duh!) Those who fawned over Barrack are already seething mad about that.

Add that the "dunce"'s wife is literally a model, and one that has kept herself looking good into her latter 40's, who doesn't need designers to "dress her" because she has her own closet and style. Throw in that on top of looks and style, she put her son first at the outset and then adopted a "traditional" FLOTUS role... and, you leftists have lost your ever lovin' minds.

Keep berserkin', keep branding her with false scarlet letters and the swing voters, including the "family values" types, will continue to see who's the ultimate, Dimmesdale hypocrite here... leftists. And they'll vote accordingly, thank you very much!

This reminds me of what Jordan Peterson says about postmodernism. They have it right that yes, there are maybe infinite ways to interpret something. There really is a problem of perception that the postmodernists got right. But what they get wrong is that the ways to interpret something are narrowly constrained by how workable is the interpretation. Progressives rightly criticized Pat Robertson for claiming Katrina was a judgment from God for abortion. That's simply ridiculous. And then they accept this as not ridiculous? Hypocritical behavior in the political realm is the best indicator of ensconced tribalism.

I think the Obamas didn't like the extent to which the country was conservative. By the time they left the WH I think they liked the extent to which they made it more progressive. They're ideologues. I don't know if that means they hated the USA, per se. And "stealing" the presidency is a stretch. I don't see how making Obama present his birth certificate would have changed anything. He eventually presented it. If there's any real evidence to the contrary I'm willing to listen.

I'm not going to drag this into a discussion about that. So I'll just say this. That claim is simply not credible enough for me to believe it. I don't like Obama as a person, or especially as a president, because of the progressive agenda he pursued, the way he pursued it, and much of what he accomplished in office. That's it. There's no animus outside of that. Given the quality of evidence, the only reason I can see to believe the birther stuff is if it were something I wanted to be true, so bad that I would degrade my standards for what is believable.

The only context in which I would concede that Obama "stole" the election is in the same sense every democrat who ever won the presidency in my lifetime has stole elections. The general assumption tacitly broadcast by the media, Hollywood, even sports, for **** sake, that every Republican or conservative is evil, is worth 10s of millions of votes for Democrats. And I'm not saying that Republicans, as a party, don't deserve to be called evil. It's just that Democrats are at least and lately obviously more evil than Republicans. If the media hadn't been the Democrats' jock strap in all those presidential elections, those democrats' most vulnerable parts would have been an easy target to kick.
