Highly doubt you will make it this way. Not being very knowledgeable is not an obstacle. You can ask questions, post in threads that don't ask technical gun questions, etc. You really should post quality (not junk that just wastes other's time) or you can even pay for access to the classifieds. Either way, INGO asks that you contribute something positive before granting access.
