I'm sticking with Radio Birdman for Murder City Nights or Hand of Law

Or The Clash for Guns of Brixton and A3 for Let's Go Back to Church

A lot of this peer pressure reminds me of my high school days. If you wanted to be cool, you wore the same kind of clothes and shoes. You had the same hair style. You listened to the same kind of music. It's interesting that so many grown adults today still feel the pressure to conform to their group. The difference now is that there are people who feel bold enough to dictate, out loud, to someone they feel is a nonconformist. Those little dictators never grew up. Of course there is the pressure from leaders of organized groups who say things like, "Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black."

i've heard that one too. that is the mentality that is destroying this country. it is too easy for the socialists to call everyone a facist (ironic isn't it?).

corporate america now focuses more on conformingto the special interests groups instead of conducting business

Very succinct. I wore cowboy boots, hat and listened to country music in hs in the mid 80's...took my share of ribbing about it.

There must have been a “Y-M-C-A” nearby.

    (Based on DoggyDaddy’s picture)
lmao...no but the women's prison was right behind my house. there was a wierd petshop on the corner (guy had a pony in there). guy down the street had a bear cub chained in his backyard. guy across the street would get drunk on southern comfort and howl at the moon. my next door neighbors (6 guys) would come home from work literally dressed like the village people. they would rotate uniforms every week.

some of the wildest s**t i ever saw.
