Registration board shows 15 against a total of 30 slots available.

Riley is a great range with the capability of shooting out to 200yds (if we can "talk" Techres into it on Sunday;)) so bring your centerfire along with the old 22lr for a weekend of camping, marksmanship, and History.

Few points about why Riley is the shoot to be at this year:

    1. New patches for if it snows:

    2. Fred, the founder and visionary of Appleseed, is scheduled to visit us and share a few words and hang out a bit.

    3. KD at 200+ yards! Way, way fun!

    4. LEO's shoot free, Military & Vets shoot free, Women shoot free! Take the chance to do it now. The free women deal is 2010 only and will be changing in 2011, so if you want to get your wife out to a fun range and shoot - be cheap and do it now!

    5. A critical mass of instructors with their loaner rifles. Heck, you come and need a loaner and we will have some pretty cool stuff on hand if you need it.

    6. DaveD, West & YellowHouseJake all at one shoot together?! Holy cow!!! With me and Hawkhavn taking care of the guests and Bill3 around as well - that is a collection of shoot bosses at one event that you never, ever see. Lunch conversations should be awesome, not to mention if we get a campfire going!

    7. This is your chance to get away from the relatives who came to thanksgiving but won't leave. Better yet, bring them too. We promise to send them to the other side of the line if you prefer.

There are still spots, don't miss it!

    Bump :chest:

...for a fine weekend of marksmanship and heritage at a great range with some excellent instructors.

Register your spot on the line before it sells out. :ar15:

    Do it NOW!

I think we should charge an extra entertainment fee for the chance to see ATM audition his skills as the Singing Instructor to Fred! :D

    Where's the bacon?
I don't see ATM scheduled to be there, Hawk. He's commented that he is scheduled to work that weekend.

Would it reflect horribly on the program if we were to stop by his workplace, kidnap him with his consent, and require his presence?

We'll call it a command performance, though I think Fred would quickly be commanding him to stop singing....NOW!

Darn, another plot shot down in flames...
I thought I had seen him on the schedule.

Oh well, another few months to polish his 'act' won't hurt any...:rockwoot:

    Fred would love it.

Well, he'd learn to love it.

OK, Fred might fire me. :):

(He's just gonna have to stop by Cloverdale in Feb. for a Winterseed).

    *gets back to polishing*

Just like last year, I am hoping to come and shoot and bring some others too.

hey can I get one of them fancy patches?

They are supposed to be in the shoot box, so long as the weather is inclimate and the score is 210+ ye' gets yer patch.

How much horizontal snow is required to be called "inclimate".

In Texas we didn't think the weather was poor unless the gate chain was snapping in the wind (ice and snow just slowed down the chain is all). A steady horizontal chain just meant your windage setting was going to be consistent all day.
