They're attributing it to all the great work they've done to curb global warming... the earth is HEALING.
No joke. Granted, they go on to say **** is still melting too fast, and polar bears are dying (not lying... one guy said if Harper continued as Canada's PM, more polar bears would die... and he said it in a very holier-than-thou way that implied he meant and believed it).
