You do know that quote is being taken out of context, right?

And what would the correct context be, then? Here's the statement made in context:
Here is a well-attested quote from Sanger herself, from her December 10, 1939 letter to eugenics leader Dr. Clarence Gamble:
“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. And the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members." (Egnorance: Was Margaret Sanger misquoted?)

The context that she was not intent on the killing, specifically, of black children. She had long been a proponent of birth control/eugenics, lacking any sinister racial intentions since what 1915/16? She didn't even propose the "Negro Plan," until 1930. If you said she was intent to elimination poor children, I'd agree. But she really didn't care what color they were.

Both sides of Sanger sound equally tribal whether defending her or condemning her. That said, and I'll admit I'm a little biased. She was a ****ing racist.

So you think that planned parenthood was created to kill black babies, specifically?
