I had an item posted to trade for mausers. Guy said he would get me pictures that weekend. Sounded like an ok swap even though I'd be trading down (soft spot for mausers)
Fast forward to the weekend and he managed to trade them for "an even better single mauser I'm sure you will want more"

Could a three letter federal agency look at such a situation and conclude that the medium being used to make such sales be complicit in what they deem an "unlawful" act?
