As a new member here, there is what you might equate to a “probationary period”. We’ve all had to go through it. For your first 50 posts, you are encouraged to not post “one-liners”. Give them some thought and quality content. This serves two purposes: It allows us to get to know you and prevents people making a run for the classifieds ads. We are quite protective of that perk of membership.

Because when members see a lot of posts in a short time from a new member they become wary. If someone has over 50 posts or is a site supporter a lot of posts in a short time is business as usual.

INGO is a great place, and a great community, but you gotta have some thick skin for your first little while here. There's no shortage of kind, welcoming people, if you're open to them, but there's also a lot of (mostly lighthearted and in fun, mind you) stuff that looks like this with new members:
