The dew is the only thing keeping my yard semi-green here. By 11am it's as dry as a popcorn fart. Might have to breakout the war paint and do a rain dance soon.

I've been doing the hose dance, but without the paint.

I have a lot of stuff to do here and didn’t want to be too pooped out. When I do 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 4 miles walking, I am just about done for the day.

That sounds like a lot to me, too.

I do 6 or 8 miles on the bike, but only about a fat mile with the tiny pup.

For right now, he and I are sitting, watching the birds.

We have a mockingbird couple taking over the oak tree where the owl used to roost.

I like the mockers, but I'll miss seeing the owl.
