Made way to much icecream in my time.
Got my hand smacked for making a flavor my way. Nobody said a word until the guy with the name on the building tasted it and said it wasn't the recipe and stop doing it.

He won that one but we won an award for the best vanilla on the east side by some little publicstions vote.

I believe I trippled the amount of flavoring per 2.5 gallon of mix.
