Bred as a digger and his grow stupid long and fast.

Ruthie's need it too. She doesn't always want to cooperate though.

It's a struggle if we try it. Then he pouts all day.
Gets over it sooner if we just drop him at the groomer for a bit.

Besides, that way he gets to meet up with a bunch of new dogs. He's quite the socialite.

I just replaced the tension bands on my squeeze thingy the therapist gave me when I broke my arm near the wrist a couple years ago.

Told back then I should use it and the putty stuff the rest of my life. Mostly my age, but the severe injury will never heal completely and I will tend to favor it if I don't squeeze things.

Didn't touch it last week. Splitting firewood doesn't feel like I'm favoring anything.

This morning he's making the rounds.

birds around my place are hungry apparently. Filled up my feeders on Monday and they're smoked already. They usually last most of the week.

I've been seeing one flying over here too. Not every day, but probably a couple times a week. Don't know where he's staying.
