    Thats the worst part of buying a house. Unless its obvious you don’t know until you have to fix something
    The sad part is... my In-laws had the house built new. So it wasn't from several owners thinking they were qualified for repairs. This was done by what should've been professionals.

    I've fixed numerous electrical problems. Along with many other issues.

    I don’t think they really have any published hours. But there are houses on both sides and across the road. I would hate to be that guy.
    Don't worry about it. There are always people shooting at that range. It can be heard all the way at MIL's house, at all times.

    Hello Lpherr. That’s a little surprising. Every time I go during the week, the place is empty. I don’t know how they keep it open.

    Can't count how many I have fixed in our home. The old cloth wire insulation and instead of a junction box or wire nuts they just twisted them and used electrical tape.


    Had a 3 way switch with a regular switch on the other end.

    I too had to learn about Carter 3-way wiring and that fluorescents do not like them and that killing the switch does not kill power at the fixture
