how early does your range open Expat?

I was thinking about going to mine Friday morning. But I'd probably have to get there by 8am for it to be cool

Went to fix lav drain earlier. What should've been an easy job, turned into her needing to call a plumber.

Started out that the idiot that installed the plumbing, glued it all together using pvc instead of a p- trap and slip joints. While working on that joke, I discovered that the wall stub out was only glued to the fitting on the bottom quarter of the pipe. So it was leaking there. Of course, the stub out is only 1/2" at best and cut at an angle. So no way to glue a new fitting on.

I believe there is a tool that can ream the vent pipe coupler to remove old stub out, and a new one glued back in, but I'm not 100% sure.

The plumber can figure it out when he comes...
    On Monday.

No one involved in building this house, did anything correct.
