Well today was a good day. One of our clients arrived in from India . They have a rework project that they were told that we would not do and we gave them suggestions as to whom they could have engaged to do the job. So I got to spend two hours confirming that we would not do the work. I really enjoy some people.

Alas, it gets even better. In September of last year we gave them notice of rate changes at the end of the current contract that would expire in March of this year. They pitched a fit once they received the April billing with the new rates. They still fail to accept that they have two choices. Pay the new rates or move their stuff out. They are still trying to negotiate pricing. I finally indicated that they could either agree to the terms or they could pick their S**T up,outta the Fking parking lot .
