The oatmeal was because of my bad ldl levels. For my sugar, I started the daily elliptical and cut back on my nightly sugar snack.Daily oatmeal and exercise? Or was there more to reversing symptoms?
I had an elliptical ski thing for a while, but after a few months it was really messing with my bionic hip.
My contention is that it just was not my size and trying to "short step" put unnatural stress on joints. I donated last year.
Long walks with the dog seems OK, but not much cardio with that plan.
