OSUT 258: Better late than never....Summer Days are Near

Daily oatmeal and exercise? Or was there more to reversing symptoms?

I had an elliptical ski thing for a while, but after a few months it was really messing with my bionic hip.
My contention is that it just was not my size and trying to "short step" put unnatural stress on joints. I donated last year.

Long walks with the dog seems OK, but not much cardio with that plan.

The oatmeal was because of my bad ldl levels. For my sugar, I started the daily elliptical and cut back on my nightly sugar snack.

I probably eat too many sweets, still.
Not nearly as I once did, though.

When Wife is feeling good, there are always plenty sweety snacks!

OH, and Daughter is defining her kitchen prowess these day, sweets aplenty.
Focused on cobblers, now, with all the fresh fruit available.
