Mornin’ fellas. Big dog woke us up at 2:30 with an announcement of ( I assume ) “ coon eating under bird feeder and I want out to kill it !” Took about 45 minutes until all was calm and safe again. And longer to get back to sleep for me of course.

Brief rain twice so far. Sun trying to break thru now

Both dogs currently sleeping luckily as they don’t see squirrel eating under bird feeders at moment

Nothing on today’s schedule. What to do…
Barb is off to the horse pistol to preside over a procedure of some sort on her over 50 son. His wife is worthless and doesn't drive. He's worthless too but mothers love is a strange animal. So I'm gonna mow, move trailers around, and see if I can find the fuel leak on the Kubota.

Morning, all! Finally Saturday for me. Row time

THAT is a lot of zen time with the press, BD.

30 minutes and 8000+ meters on the stationary boat. Cheddar omelet, coffee and toast in. Day is always better when I sweat b4 breakfast.
    Howdy, Patience.
Zen, indeed! That's a very descriptive way to put it.

Sure, I just sit and listen to music sometimes or play a useless phone game, but sitting at a work bench for what ever reason is also in my blood and THAT leads me to a Zen place most often.

I can remember days when "earning" breakfast just felt right. Way to go!

Good Morning Y’al! Boy have I got low back pain today. I’ve taken a pile of pills and so far minimal relief if any. This being the result of four lumbar surgeries over the past several years. Now I have an upcoming appointment with pain management doctors and hoping for facet ablation or to implant a nerve stimulator to cut off the pain. Gotta do something to get moving again. :wallbash:

Anyone else ever traveled down the rabbit hole of multiple spine surgeries?
