Taxes filed....paid quarterly to both federal and state and still owe Federal more than I'd like. Increased the quarterly payments for this year.

2 teaspoons milk

Already got my Fed refund and paid my state tax owed. Have to pay state taxes every year because I don't have them deducted monthly from my pension income. My SSA disability income is non state taxable in Indiana, so I only pay federal on that which I have deducted every month.

I really can't remember when we last got a refund. We had a $29 refund from state this year so I applied to the April estimated tax payment that will be due. We owed Federal slightly more than what we paid for our quarterly estimated taxes so those went up about $160 per quarter for this month. I must have had less in bonuses this past year because even with my two raises, I only grossed about $1,000 more than last year. I hate taxes. I'll mail the check before April...probably when I send in the first quarterly payments.

I have round steak thawing for pepper steak. I figure that can simmer while we go practice pool this afternoon. I beat hubby three games in a row last night so the practice is definitely helping. I'm on call to sub tomorrow and scheduled to sub next Monday.
