I have round steak thawing for pepper steak. I figure that can simmer while we go practice pool this afternoon. I beat hubby three games in a row last night so the practice is definitely helping. I'm on call to sub tomorrow and scheduled to sub next Monday.

Plan on having a nice non fancy ham meal later this afternoon. Ham, mashed potatoes with ham gravy, corn and a dinner roll. I dare anyone to make anything fancy boy out of that meal.

Went to Kroger and filled up the gas tank and got some fresh broccoli to have with my blackened tuna steaks in a little while. Probably make a little non-fancy cheese sauce (with Aldi store brand "Velveeta") to go over the broccoli.
