I can't say what the SS does.
I know that my experience in the military was somewhat limited in my surroundings, but 10 missions means 10 different codewords.

Why would the SS do less than that?
Could be changed each event.
Could be changed each month.
could be, they NEVER change them.


Or it could be a combination of all of the above, and randomize it.
