I am a former PO and I am resisting the urge to name names. I don't think it will help. As long as the issue is discussed and the command gets the message I don't see any reason to further embarrass anyone. They have a tough job to do but they need to remember that we are not all scumbags to be dealt with in such a snotty, disrespectful manner.But so does the supervisor who came to the rescue. The supervisor should have apologized for his officer and should have required the officer to apologize too. Clearly BOTH are at fault but only 1 has the focus of most of the posts in this thread.
