This is indeed how it is done. He pays some really good lip service to the Constitution and tradition American values immediately before the shows his "but" that nullifies everything said before the disclosure of the "but", as in, "I love the republic, the Constitution, and all they stand for, but I am going to trash it for the 'greater good'."

Here's a line from a speech made by Cardinal Francis George of Chicago, February 12, 2012, in response to the HHS mandate forcing almost all employers, including Catholic employers, to offer their employees health coverage that includes sterilization, abortion-inducing drugs and contraception:

Our parents and grandparents did not come to these shores to help build America’s cities and towns, its infrastructure and institutions, its enterprise and culture, only to have their posterity stripped of their God given rights.

Sounds pretty dern close, don't it?? Obama is so dishonest, he has to steal his speeches from his own critics!! Wow. Just WOW!!

Limbaugh was just repeating what he'd been told by people who interrogate for a living.
Stuttering, by a non stutterer, is usually caused by the stress of trying to keep track of your lies and therefore is just one tool to determine if someone is lying.
A skilled Interrogator can spot a lier from just a couple of responses.
Obama is a habitual lier and exhibits several traits of lying even in his tele prompter speeches.
