Not that it matters really... but weren't you in the 9/11 thread making fun of "truthers" and the discrepancies they were bringing up concerning the collapse of the twin towers?

I don't see how blaming the president/government of the US for the largest terror attack on its own soil in history compares to where Obama was born. Truthers are insane and spread radical hate. Birthers may be thick, but Obama created them by being so secretive, which is exactly the way he is acting about his school records. And there are a LOT of discrepancies in Obama's past, but not so with 9-11, where Bin Laden admitted to it on tape.

None of my college transcripts have that stuff. My "official" transcripts have my name, address, social, classes taken, rank, college major, and grades. Nowhere does it indicate my race, religion, application status, ethnicity, or national origin.

I think what we want to see is his "college records", Trump also asked for passport applications.

Are you not the slightest bit curious as to whether the guy who wants to completely reshape and redefine our country has lied/cheated to get to where he is today?

We already know he has hacked his opponents in IL Senate and US Senate rather than being elected on substance. He says one thing about himself, and does the complete opposite.

Let's not forget his grandma and the Kenyan ambassador.

What's the big deal with having a backbone and not giving in to your enemies' frivolous demands? Shouldn't we demand that of our leaders? I don't remember when all of the other candidates in 2008 posted their college transcripts and passport records.

I find it interesting that a person in the military getting a security clearance is vetted far further than someone running for the US president. There was no question about McCains nationality...or groups he had been involved with.

Forget military security clearance! I had more vetting for my driver's license than he had to be president (albeit a good part of it including one of the two FBI background checks was for my hazmat endorsement), and he gets the nukes and all I get is some theoretically dangerous hot tar.

Plenty, I did intake for my fraternity. But that's only from one school.

So your statement of no transcript has such information, is only speculation.

Here is GW Bush's Yale transcript. Notice that there is more than just grades listed upon it.

Other than the addition of clubs, that transcript has exactly what I said it would have.

People keep saying "transcripts" but I think what they're really after is his admission records if they want evidence that he was on a foreign scholarship, because it really isn't about grades.

Really though, this argument is a bit late.

The time for this conversation was in his '08 campaign, which, thanks to a sycophantic press, didn't really happen. I can't think of a modern president who was vetted less than Obama.

But regardless, he is the President now. So now people should just drop this and most have. Except for tabloid personalities like Trump.

Well, there's an entire thread here that says otherwise.

I made the mistake of engaging a conspiracy theorist on evidence. I know better than that. Alas, I took the bait. If you don't want to share your theory, that is fine. But for the future of our great nation, Charlie, do not let your golden ticket go to waste. Get this information in front of judge. Perhaps you can succeed where thousands have been tossed out on their rump and prove the Kenyan usurper is not qualified to be President of the United States of America. I am done here barring evidence. You can have the last word.

I know what a Registrar's grade transcript should have upon it. I have a couple of college transcripts myself.

My point is, that you stated that nothing but grades are recorded within a transcript. I merely pointed out that at least in this case, grades weren't the only thing recorded.

I think it is the admission records that are of most interest, considering he used a pseudonym, one associated with his Indonesian citizenship--Barry Soetoro, on other school admissions. If the colleges gave him scholarships as a foreign student, then his character would be in question. No matter what, the fact that we still know very little about him after four years as our president is just pathetic. The media was supposed to help vet him during his campaign, and instead they helped him cover up his past.

I personally think that a far bigger story than Obama conspiracy theories, which may or may not have any relevance, is that the media has protected him to a fault, even when he is wrong. Our media has become completely corrupt, and sometimes I feel like I'm in Russia. So it is a breath of fresh air to me when I see someone like Trump ask questions that no one else will.

Is Trump running for office? Obama is decimating our country and we know zero about him. This is not a man vs man thing, this is someone running for president of the US thing.

    I'm not disagreeing with you.

The Huffington Post is attacking Trump, instead of attacking Trump's position about Obama.

Not that Trump needs any help to be discredited, but inventing some way to accuse the other of hypocrisy, no matter how relevant, is a good way to discredit anyone.
