Before I head into Michigan tomorrow, somebody please tell me the latest Michigan law regarding carrying in the car. Loaded, unloaded? Locked, unlocked? Or all good? Thanks.
In other news.....Repeter hooked me up when I traded him my sr9 for my g19 I sold to him years back when my divorce started. He found an extra slide for the threaded barrel that was included and threw an older holosun 507 on top. I believe he upgraded the guts and the cherry on top was he was going to just give it all back to me and not ask for a single cent.
I pulled the trigger on a grit grips g19 blem frame to complete the factory slide.
So if I get stopped, I must inform that I have a firearm in the car, correct?
Only thing I think that is different….. is it is a must inform state.
Should be good to go. That website I sent and the uscca site stay up to date as far as I could tellOK thanks, guys. I think I'm good to go. Michigan recognizes Indiana's permit (which I still carry), and I have to inform.
This is one time I did not want to google, because I'm sure there is a lot of our-of-date information out there.
Interesting... wonder will they charge like the other one does?Just a heads up. I am at the JP gun range. It is closing Monday until next spring for renovations. There will be covered shooting benches and are redoing the berms.
Someone needs to build a cover at my shooting range. Jedi, when can I expect you?Just a heads up. I am at the JP gun range. It is closing Monday until next spring for renovations. There will be covered shooting benches and are redoing the berms.

I thought you were asking an actual question. My mistake.Depends on what you mean underground. Usually a inch or 2, depending on how you did your landscaping.
Thanks for the info. Hope this doesn't include a cash box at the gate.Just a heads up. I am at the JP gun range. It is closing Monday until next spring for renovations. There will be covered shooting benches and are redoing the berms.

It's not hard.
Those magnetic parts holders are handy. (Even though I forget to use mine half the time.)
Ohio too.So if I get stopped, I must inform that I have a firearm in the car, correct?
Thanks. Didn't take one there, and I probably will not take one to Michigan either now that I will not be sleeping in the van. That being said, it wouldn't hurt.Ohio too.
Better to have it and not need itThanks. Didn't take one there, and I probably will not take one to Michigan either now that I will not be sleeping in the van. That being said, it wouldn't hurt.
