Has anyone used DuraCoat to paint their firearms?
Does anyone know someone who could paint a firearm with DuraCoat?
Looking at the DuraCoat website it requires an airbrush and compressor and I don't have either of those.

BTW I'm interested in coloring a stock, pistol grip and handguard rail in you know what color. PINK!
Help me NWI INGO you are my old hope.

Can't use the new Duracoat Shake & Spray which does not require an airbrush/compressor since pink is not a color avaliable in that format (yet). =[

Oh Clark it's not your "holly" AR that I'll be pinking. It's an AK.
Plus I think I just found an air compressor that I can use. & it looks like Harbor Frieght sells $10 airbrush sets. So.....

I might have the equipment you need (compressor and airbrush set). I do not have the skills. If you find someone with the "know-how," they will more than liekly already have the equipment.

Soooo ... if you want to borrow the equipment and you can find an artisan, you are welcome to it. However, if it can be arranged, I would like to be there when the work gets done ... maybe learn something in exchange for using my stuff?

Hum... no! This is not a hi-point.
But maybe a "local group buy" since the cost for shipping is thru the roof with Duracoat. Looking to see if they sell the CavArms Pink since they want $13 for shipping on an $18 item. Looks like it's a flat $13 for shipping no matter how big the other.
