This should make Clif45 very, very happy. I think he's the one that is always talking about it & saying he stops by the one near the Midwest Gun Exchange place. Right?

Probably, there is one right there in South Bend. I usually go to the one in Lafayette on my way to visit family in Indy. I've been to the new one in Orland Park, IL at least 4 times in the past month. The gas money is worth it!

Chick fil A is decent AT BEST. I could take it or leave it. On the other hand, someone told me that there is a Panara going in Munster in that new strip on Calumet (next to the hot dog place), but right now the framing and exterior looks like a Chipolte. THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!! I love Chipolte, and it sucks that the only one is by the mall.

The last time I went to the Indy, I was in the building a total of 16 minutes. I met up with the guy, sold my piece, and walked out of there with a lot more liquidity than when I walked in. I was back in Munster before 1:00.
