Perhaps you need a Win7 driver I know that NavyVet was also having issues with Win7.

That yahoo group above has a Windows 7 USB drive BTW.

BTW... what/where are the "S curves" in LS? My boss the other day said theres some really good authentic mexican food.

The "s curve" does have 2 good Mexican stores. One had a little eatery that sucked, but it went out of business. But there are 2 stores , on on each side of central. On the weekends, the store on the south side sells tamales, barbacoa, and all kinds of good stuff. I dont really care for the north side store, it always stinks because they have a lot of produce.

To get there, if you are coming off of 94, take Ripley south until you get to the first light by walgreens. Turn east on to Central ave. Go over the hill and you are there.


There are a few decent Mexican food joints in New Chicago closer to 6 if you are interested.

Went to Valpo today to the gun show.

Some people need to learn how to shower, but other than that it was fun.

Picked up a holster from some poor guy who'd been there way too long and just wanted to go home (broken glasses). Is IWB supposed to be bloody uncomfortable?

Also met Lonehoosier and Sadclown. Sorry I couldn't come back and buy a knife, Sadclown - I talked to the wife and she veoted it until after my first paycheck LOL. They were very nice though.

Managed to OC for the first time today too. First in Subway on Rt 30 in Valpo and then at the wife's work in Valpo. No-one noticed or else they didn't say anything (Except one of the wife's colleagues who said: You got a licence for that?).

Someone at my orientation yesterday was adamant that concealed carry in Indiana was illegal, despite me telling him otherwise... How do you re-educate people like that?
