The wipes have been there for a couple years, but the sign is about 2 months old. It's been bothering me something awful. I actually force myself to walk by it, even if it's a longer route, just to check. And if it's left open, I close it.

Well it took an hr but finally found one. Then the guard at the gate was asking for a raw materials pass or manifest. Its not special waste no need for one. Finally after another 5 minutes of spelling it out for her she finally let me go. F that place...
