Productive day today. Smoked a cigar in the morning at the lounge, got some real work done while I was there. This afternoon I bought a new seersucker suit and a pair of Ralph Lauren Polo white bucks with camo pattern saddles (who would have thought of Ralph Lauren and CAMO pattern...WTF is going on in this world?), this evening at the fencing club we had Lakeshore News (PBS Channel 56) filming and interviewing for a special segment, but I'm not sure when that will air. All in all, a good day.

I had to use a site like that once, I was unimpressed with the info.
You might email a site with your concern, and ask.

Pay for a defensive class for her.
Shooting, and hand to hand.
If she wants to. Dont force it.
It might also help with her confidence.

Should still work, but i haven't been on it in years.
It has a flat.
I know I have a new tire, and I have a new inner tube.
Tires are 27 inch, instead of 26.

Ok...I'm home from having outpatient surgery on my right hand for my carpal tunnel. My hand is sore, but nothing I can't handle. Gonna take a nap in a bit and see if the dull throbbing pain goes away. If not I'll take something for the pain. They gave me something there, but I don't wanna overdo it.
