    Lone if you are going to wrap that in tinfoil, you have to realize the tinfoil is going to make it cook faster, and possible try out more, I suggest you put some butter and honey in that dry rub.

    Changes at DNR Ranges Open Hours for NWI

    Not sure when this occurred but interesting.

    DNR: Shooting Range Hours

    JP is closed MON & TUE + all holidays
    Kingsbury closed MON + all holidays
    Winamac is closed MON + all holidays
    Willow S... Summer hours Wed - Sun only
    Winter hours Thrus - Sun only (2nd Mon in Dec - 3rd Mon in Mar)


    Looks like JP & Willow S are not open as much anymore.

    Only going to use tinfoil for the last hour of cooking. I like the honey idea. I may just try that out, thanks.

    Once you get it figured out, I will have to give you some smaller portions of pork to smoke
    I'll let you know how it turns out. I hope to do this Friday or Saturday.
