Try getting migraines several times a week.
If I don't get it under control, I have to sleep in the bathroom
I've don't it often enough to have a cot set up in the spare bedroom, that I can carry to the bathroom.

Have not had it in over 6 months but then i think i finally figured the food that triggers it for me.

Changes in air pressure/humidity seem to trigger mine. I get them when it's cloudy or overcast.

Have you tried any medication for the migraines? Sumatripan works wonders for a lot of people, me included. There are other newer ones that supposedly have fewer side effects too.

Could be MSG. A lot of Chinese restaurants have stopped using it. You can always ask for them not to put it in your food too if they do.

Also, nitrates can cause them for me. Some bacon is really high in nitrates. Seems like the stuff I get from Butcher Block is good though.

Me too. I get them from storm systems moving into the area.

I've had it, GB's had it, Lord knows who else. It takes a LONG time to get rid of it completely. I haven't quite kicked it.

All the in-laws had it. I escaped that one. You believe you are still contagious up to 3 days after the symptoms subside.

I also need to rent a one man post hole digger. Any one have experience with the towable type like this http://www.crownrentalsinc.com/postholedigger1manhyd.jpg ? In have only used a 2 man before and it sucked running it with the wife...

The two man can take your limbs off. The guy's that built my deck and fence patented an apron to collect all of the dirt that the auger digs up. They used the towable auger for my job.

I have a medicine for when I get a migraine.
I do not have one to prevent them.
