CZ82 for me — same Commie 9mm round. Of all the guns, that’s what I would reach for in emergency, it fits me perfectly, I shoot it well and can hit things.

I really see merit for a DA/SA, and the LEM fixes the crappy first squeeze. When your brain turns into a soup sandwich under stress with a click / no bang, the heavy DA squeeze might be enough to defeat a hard or crappy primer. And it’s one of the most proven, and scientifically tested handguns on earth. Although I wish HK offered it in an optics ready model like the lesser VP9, it seem Langdon has figured out a really viable solution.

If I’m stuck with a striker, my Walther PDP Pro SD works best for me. The ergonomics are great, and it’s effortless to find the dot. And a standard PDP is no slouch. I just like the PRO trigger and I use my suppressor every chance I get, so the PRO makes more fiscal sense.

If I had to take one handgun.. it would most likely be my p320 x carry.. I was not a fan of the p320 and always had glocks. That was until I started shouting uspsa. I quickly realized that to outfit my Glock 34 to the level I needed to be competitive was going to cost way more than a p320 legion.. I sold all my glocks and went to the x framed p320s.. being able to have the same grip angles and triggers on all my handguns was a no brainer for me
