    I hate chunky salsa. I just drag the chips through the juice and throw away the chunks of stuff. Next time I buy a jar of salsa to bring to work, i need to open it up, put it in the blender, and then put it back in the jar first.
    I am the same way. Luckily my wife usually makes me salsa every year from the garden tomatoes and peppers.

    That is for amateurs. This is the good stuff after it has been sitting and cooking all Winter.

    Oh, my new hobby's collection grew by 3 today.

    The fancy bottle is Willets and I've heard both good and bad about that one, but the bottle is cool. In the middle is a Hoosier brand called Spring Mill, which is supposed to taste very good. And to the right is a Holland, Michigan offering that I've heard some really good things about. Its first aged properly in charred oak casks, but then moved to beer barrels for the last 3 months of aging.
