Bigretic, I unfortunately do buy stuff from Illinois but I try not to go over there so I don't have to deal with that level of insanity. I always preach to firearms industry companies that are on the other side of the thin red line how much better it would be for all involved if they were to come over to Indiana and live the life of a free person but........

Just in case any of you are snoozin' or too busy drinking. I'm sure there are multiple threads in the general forum. Don't want anyone to miss this story though. We have to pay attention otherwise next thing you know ... you might be next. The key thing to pay attention to is the fact that one side is absolutely not playing by the rules. I hope ya'll are bright enough to follow that short little bunny trail to it's logical conclusion. If you are, you'll know why you have some skin in this game. Hopefully you will pick up a phone or write a letter to your Reps to demand some action.

Yup saw that yesterday? Really pisses me off that the gubmint agency totally disregards their own rules, and totally disregards judge's orders.

More and more I honestly believe that ATF should be disbanded.

Rumor is they AFT got a search warrant to look for illegal receivers and thus were able to skirt around the restraining order.
Did any of you really think a .gov agency would be stopped by a restraining order (ie. a piece of paper)?

Do you really think they'd be stopped by any other law/rule?

ATF is a non elected agency that gets to make / interpret / enforce laws without representation of the people.

It's a two pronged issue ... sure they want the "illegal" lowers ("How DARE you make your own gun???) but they are also slavering at the mouth to get the list of customers.

Them darn customers.
Obeying the law and everything.
