That's how a lot of my clients in the public sector take care of problem employees. Complete moron incapable of getting along with others or doing your job? Here's a promotion....go be these other people's problem.

So I get back to town this afternoon. I am out bringing the horses in when I see my neighbor's friends driving first a Jeep, then a pickup truck onto the back of my property. I've asked them at least twice before not to drive back there. I don't mind them shooting, but driving, especially when it is wet, was a no-no.

Well, shortly after I go out there and ask them once again to not drive onto my property, my neighbor texts my wife, "Sorry if my friends drove across your beautiful pasture your husband came outside and acted like a jerk do me a favor just leave me alone handle your own **** if you're so worried about the back of your yard look at the rest of it first have a good day."

God forbid I don't want people four wheeling on my pasture.
