I was there to canoe that we happen to see the eagles nest was a plus but not the reason we did the canoe trip.

Which reminds me need to see when this year the event is. The river was a lot better this past year then in 2012 when the event was first held.

I've noticed there is less green glow on the Little Cal at night lately but it might be the cold weather.... it probably still has all the mercury and heavy metals in it...

Well almost finished...just need to get the right bipod, change the scope mount, change the muzzle brake, and figure out what folding irons to put on it...

Why? Did they strain the dead bodies out of the river this year?

In 2012 when they did the 1st canoe outing the river had a lot of downed tress in certain areas and some garage.
In 2013 they (City of Hammond and City of Gary along with Freinds of the Little Calumet River) spent a lot of time cleaning up the portion of the river where the festival is held and it was much nicer (no downed trees in the way, no garagbe).

that is never going to happen. Those heavy metals are in their for good after a century of dumping by the mills.

you brought back some old memories gunbunny. we used to fish and raft the little cal. west of cline ave. behind Kennedy Park Apartments. 50 years ago. if you didn't do your share of rowing you went swimming. needless to say everyone did their share.

Looking for a sign compnay

I have a client that needs a plastic sign.
24" x 24" burgandy background with 3" letters on both sides of signs plus holes for hanging the sign.
Letters should be engraved into the sign.

Does anyone know where I can get this work done?
Client will need this sign shipped to their location and can ONLY make a credit card payment for it.

Actually, I just saw the address for Allin and it is the same people who owned it 30 years ago. I used to date their son a couple of lifetimes ago.
